The project “Acquisition of cinematographic production equipment to accelerate the digital processing capacity of XANTUS FILM SRL” seeks to strengthen the studio's production capacity by acquiring state-of-the-art equipment and developing employees’ digital skills.
Main Objectives:
- Enhancing production and post-production digital capacity;
- Training one employee to acquire advanced digital editing and post-production skills;
- Producing and distributing a documentary film focusing on the history and transformation of the Tichilești community, addressing themes such as tolerance and empathy.
Key Activities:
- Project Management - outsourcing consultancy and advertising services to ensure effective resource management;
- Professional Training - enrolling one employee in a specialized course for digital editing and post-production, resulting in a certification of competence;
- Content Development and Distribution - finalizing and launching a documentary film distributed on digital platforms and during a dedicated event.
Expected Results:
- One employee certified in advanced digital skills;
- A documentary film distributed both online and offline;
- Improved quality and efficiency of XANTUS FILM SRL’s digital and cinematographic productions.
This project will have a long-term impact on the cultural and cinematographic sectors by modernizing equipment and promoting socially relevant topics.
