The Project aims to accelerate and increase film production, post-production and digital distribution capacity through the development, production and distribution of three documentary episodes, designed as a miniseries for VoD platforms, aligned to international quality standards. Together with the acquisition of production and post-production digital technologies and staff training in this regard, the Applicant's internal development and digitization strategy is supported in a coherent, long-term manner.
Within the Project, the increase in production and distribution capacities is obtained through three coherent measures adapted to both the specifics of the Call for Projects and the market dynamics: the production, distribution and promotion of the digital content mentioned above, the development of internal production and post-production capacities through purchasing of digital technical equipment, adapted to film industry standards, necessary for the creation of digital content and, last but not least, the professional training of an employee to increase internal post-production capabilities. In the long term, all these components of the Beneficiary's development strategy represent both a competitive advantage in the local and European film industry, as well as an opportunity to develop original and valuable Romanian content adapted to the digital age.
