Lusk Community Nursing Unit – This project delivers core energy efficiency upgrades across the existing CNU and the planned expansion zone, including a new centralised heat pump installation, enhanced mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and glazing improvements to pre‑2012 buildings. These works support the future 50‑bed extension on the adjacent greenfield area and aim to lower primary energy use while reducing reliance on gas‑fired heating systems across the facility
