Baltinglass Community Nursing Unit – This project delivers key energy efficiency and retrofit upgrades across the site, including a new centralised heat pump installation, improved mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and targeted glazing and fabric improvements. These works support planned redevelopment such as the new Daycare Centre and aim to reduce primary energy use while lowering reliance on oil‑based heating systems across the campus.
