The aim of the investment is the complex infrastructure development and energy modernisation of the Technical School's workshop. The development involves a complex renovation of the workshop, including the structure of the building, the building services, the electrical network and energy solutions.
More than 2,000 m² of the building will be affected. The infrastructure development also includes the construction of roads and parking areas and the reconstruction of external utility lines.
The total non-refundable amount of the project supported by the European Union is EUR 7,86 million.
