Support for childcare facilities for children up to three years of age
(reference A 4.2.1 in the Polish Recovery and Resilience Plan)
The overarching objective of this investment is to increase the availability of childcare facilities up to the age of three by subsidising the construction of childcare facilities and setting up a uniform financing system of childcare facilities.
The investment, with EUR 381 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, is expected to fund 4,7500 new places in nurseries and children’s clubs. Projects are currently being selected.
The implementation of the investment is expected to be completed by 30 June 2026.

Investments in modern vocational training, higher education and lifelong learning
(reference A 3.1.1 in the Polish Recovery and Resilience Plan)
The investment, with EUR 400 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, will result in the establishment of the network of Sectoral Skills Centres to support the development of modern vocational training, higher education and lifelong learning. This shall include provision of vocational training courses and curricula, for adults, students, young people, vocational education and training teachers, and employees. Projects are currently being selected.
The implementation of the investment is expected to be completed by 30 June 2026.
