Tallinn Old Port tram line
(reference 5.4. in the Estonian Recovery and Resilience Plan)
A new tramline of 2.5 km connecting Tallinn Airport, Rail Baltic hub the city centre, the Old Port and the regional train station.

Construction of the Rail Baltic viaducts
(reference 5.3. in the Estonian Recovery and Resilience Plan)
Under this measure, the construction of five Rail Baltic railway overpasses (viaducts) will be financed: Kangru viaduct, Raudalu viaduct, Raku viaduct, Männiku light traffic viaduct and Männiku light traffic tunnel.

TERVIKUM
(reference 6.2 in the Estonian Recovery and Resilience Plan)
The Recovery and Resilience Facility would support with EUR 72 million the construction of a TERVICUM, a new, modern county health centre in the city of Viljandi, directly serving Viljandi County with 45,411 residents but indirectly the surrounding counties as well. The new hospital would be networked with the primary health care centre ensuring patient-oriented cooperation between providers of primary care, specialist care and social services. The facilities for ambulatory care, stationary care and day care and other public services will be built on the same infrastructure as the primary health care centre. The construction is underway, and Viljandi TERVICUM would be in operation by the end of December 2025.
